Reasonably priced services, excellent quality work and detailed invoices. A certain motorcycle dealer in Orleans could learn a few things from quad expert. I highly recommend them.

Exemplary ServiceI have visited Quad Experts three times now. Once to look at a bike, once to purchase the bike, and once to have the break in maintenance completed on the bike. I live three hours away from this dealership and after my first visit, I knew I wanted to give them my service. With Mark's leadership, his team has perfected the art of customer service. Aside from going above and beyond with the niceties of free drinks and coffee, the dealership is also easy to reach, friendly, and they genuinely care about their customer. They will go to bat for you with Yamaha concerning any warranty issues you may have.When I purchased my bike, Mark spend a good 30 minutes helping me load it on my trailer and make sure it was fully protected from the winter road conditions. Some dealers may post lower prices only to surprise you with hidden fees added on to the final purchase price. This is not the case at Quad Experts. They are honest and open about everything. I had a minor misunderstanding on my first service visit and without question, Mark rectified the issue. On top of that, he also asked how his team could mitigate having another issue like this in the future. You won't find a better Yamaha dealer anywhere. When my girlfriend let's me buy another toy, it will be from Quad Experts!

What a great group of professionals in service, particularly Roger the Service Manager. They listened and delivered to my full satisfaction.
